Refund & Returns Policy – Couz-Nutri

Thank you for shopping with Couz-Nutri. We strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Your order may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if ALL of the following are true:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product still has its original seals and tags

  • No signs of wear, damage, or tampering

Products that are opened, used, or do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

✔ A product that is defective
✔ The wrong item
✔ An item with missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

To process these cases, we may ask you to send us:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will let you know your next steps.


3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.

However:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for refund — only exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable.


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

    • Photos of the product

    • Reason for return/refund

  3. We will review and reply within 1–2 business days with the outcome and instructions.


5. Refund Methods & Timing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

  • Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If your item is eligible for exchange:

  • We will arrange the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Additional shipping cost may apply for exchanges.


7. Store Credit

In some change-of-mind cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for purchases on www.couz-nutri.com

  • May have an expiry date, which will be stated when issued


8. Shipping Returns

For approved returns:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
