Whey is best known for its quick delivery of amino acids to muscle, while casein gives a slower, prolonged delivery. In combination, you get both the rapid absorption of amino acids from whey and the slow delivery from casein. 

By taking a combination of both whey and casein protein, you still achieve the same quick muscle protein synthesis spike as 100% whey, and the prolonged muscle protein synthesis as 100% casein.

Stock availability

The wait for new stock was a little too long, about a month. So I had to order another flavour and then the flavour I wanted the stock arrived just a few days after.

Easy solubility and delicious !

I love the PEScience Snickerdoodle, Cake Pop, and Gourmet Vanilla protein powders to use in my morning oatmeal! The solubility with some soy or almond milk is fabulous and the taste is quite delicious ! Only drawback is that it has a bit of an artificial sweetener taste which I have begun to notice after months of taking it. If they used more natural sweeteners this would be a sure-shot winner in my eyes.
