Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of any cold beverage or protein powder and consume after training.
Alternate Suggested Use
Creatine loading: Consume 20g creatine daily for 5 days to accelerate muscle saturation. Then reduce daily dosage to 5g for maintenance.
