Each time I reach out to Couz-nutri support, they are always ready to help. They dont only carry great range of products, they also walk the talk in giving great customer service. Something you will never get from giant companies who cant be bothered with consumers who needs assistance (previously I had been purchasing my supplies from 2 other local companies and they arent easy to deal with). I was waiting for a restock of my favourite protein and was running extremely low on it. So I pulled a last minute purchase and asked if my order can be expedited so I wouldnt have a downtime of no protein at home (no I do not like the ready to go protein drink sold in the machines at my gym as I bloat easily and needed gluten free and lactose free products). I reached out to the customer service and was told they will process my order as soon as I complete the purchase. Low and behold! I receive my order exactly 25 hours from the time I ordered.
