Your post-leg-day soreness is not a badge of honor if it keeps you from training hard again. Smart recovery comes down to the basics: enough total food, protein, fluids, sleep, and a program you can actually recover from. Amino acids for training recovery can be a useful part of that setup, especially when your training volume is high, your appetite is low, or you train around meals.
The catch? Not every amino product delivers the same value. Some formulas are built to cover real nutritional gaps. Others are expensive flavoring with a label designed to look intense. Knowing the difference helps you spend where it moves the needle.
